I have already bought and consumed 2 watermelons this summer! I always hesitate in buying them because I don’t really like cutting them up.  But this summer, I have a sweet boyfriend that doesn’t mind doing that for me!  I see more watermelon in my future especially as hot as it is in Alabama!  The first was a red one.  It was so sweet and good!  The next was a yellow one.  I had never had yellow watermelon before so while my nephew was visiting, we decided to try one.  It was quite tasty too!   Watermelons are so refreshing especially in this heat.  I have to put salt on mine though.  How do you like to eat your watermelon?
